Warning Performing this procedure disables all data services (web browsing, email, etc.) and removes all data (passwords, contacts, etc.) from the handheld. Before clearing the handheld, ensure there is a recent backup of the data. Please refer to one of the following for assistance:

Have 5 step :

1    From the Home screen, press the Menu button.
 


2   Select Options.



3  Select Security Options.



4  Select Security Wipe.

  

5  Ensure that the appropriate options are selected, enter blackberry into the Enter to confirm device wipe field then select Wipe.
   --->> Note Selected when a check mark is present.

    Emails, Contacts, etc.
        All application data will be erased.
    User Installed Applications
        All user installed applications will be erased.
    Media Card
        All data on the Media Card will be erased.
